New Caledonia loosens the entry access to essential professionals:

Essential professionals will be allowed a temporary entry to New Caledonia, however borders will continue to be closed for non residents. 

Businesses will be able to bring in specialists for up to 30 days if they are considered absolutely necessary. These professionals will be subject to a two-week quarantine on arrival, but some of the medical reporting requirements will be eased. Three days before departure, a negative Covid-19 test will be needed.
